Kate
Practice Manager
Kate is an experienced Nurse with extensive experience in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in both private in-room nursing and hospital based nursing since 2010.
Kate has 13 years of clinical nursing experience in a variety of specialties.
She is also a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor with a special interest in nutrition and returning to physical fitness following surgery.
Kate has successfully completed her first aid and basic life support training and since joining our practice she has undertaken a double diploma in Practice management, leadership and management.
Kate has a genuine enthusiasm to all aspects of her work allowing her to adopt a highly personalised holistic approach to patient care.
Megan
Patient Co Ordinator/ Practice Nurse
Meg is an experienced nurse with over 9 years experience in Westmead Private hospital covering various specialties including Plastic and Reconstructive surgery.
She is originally from a regional country town where she had years of previous sales and management experience.
Meg has successfully completed her first aid and basic life support training.
Since joining our team Meg has brought her joyous country vibe and big smile that puts al our patients at ease during their consultation and surgical journey.
She is highly motivated and energetic, with a keen eye for detail and endeavours to ensure that your surgical journey is a smooth and pleasant one.
Michelle
Practice Administrator
Michelle has had a stellar career in large American Computer Software companies in roles of education, customer service and sales.
She has transported those skills into our practice by communicating with humour to our patients, executing actions and digitising our interactions from the first consult to the theatre.
Michelle is meticulous in ensuring that our patients have the answers to all their questions to make their surgical journey and customer experience with us seamless.
Her’s will usually be the first voice you hear when booking your consultation or making an enquiry and she looks forward to providing you with an exceptional level of customer service as she helps plan your surgical journey from consultation to discharge.
Kylie
Cosmetic Nurse
Kylie, our nurse injector, has been a registered nurse for over 15 years and is now an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant. Kylie has previously worked as a theatre nurse in one of Australia’s largest tertiary hospitals, specialising in plastics reconstructive surgery.
She provides injectables and non-surgical skin rejuvenation to our patients in Sydney and Penrith.
Kylie also provides postoperative scar and skin care to all of Dr. Kumar’s Central West patients and has a thriving business in Orange, NSW.
She is the Director of CosMedic Collective. She is proud to be offering the first medical cosmetic clinic in the Central West. Her handpicked team is comprised of highly experienced, local clinicians.
Kylie is proud of the high clinical and compliance standards of the clinic and is looking forward to collaborating with our team to create individualised plans that will deliver visible results to her patients.
Alongside her clinical skills, it is her warm and caring consideration for her patients that keeps them returning to her. Kylie is a mother of two young children and lives with her family among the orchards and vineyards of Borenore in Central West NSW.
